The short version
- Counterfeit, wrong, missing, damaged or materially misdescribed cards are eligible for review.
- Approved refunds are normally returned through the original Tap payment method.
- The BHD 1.500 delivery fee is normally excluded after delivery has been accepted for fulfilment, unless the service was not provided or the law requires otherwise.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to cancellations, returns, refunds and payment disputes for orders placed through cardnation.bh. It should be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Delivery Policy.
Cancellations before fulfilment
An order may be cancelled when payment fails or cannot be reliably confirmed, the seller or card is unavailable, the same card was sold twice, a material listing problem is found, or Cardnation must intervene for fraud, security or legal reasons.
If Tap captured money for a cancelled order, Cardnation will initiate any refund due through the original payment method where practicable.
When an order is eligible for review
- The card is counterfeit, wrong, missing or materially different from the approved listing.
- The card arrives with material damage or a material defect that was not disclosed.
- A paid delivery service was not provided.
- The seller could not complete the order, the same card was sold twice, or another material fulfilment failure occurred.
- A refund or other remedy is required by Bahrain law.
Change of mind
Because each card is an individual collectible sold by a marketplace seller, a change of mind alone does not automatically qualify as a listing mismatch or guaranteed return. This does not limit any mandatory cancellation, return or refund right under Bahrain law.
How to request help
- Open a dispute from the order page as soon as possible while the transaction is still available for review.
- If the order page is unavailable, email support@cardnation.bh with the order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Provide clear photos, packaging, delivery records or other relevant evidence when requested.
- Keep the card, sleeve, packaging and delivery evidence in their received state.
- Do not alter, grade, resell, transfer or dispose of a disputed card before the review is complete.
Returns and evidence
Do not send a card back until Cardnation provides or approves return instructions. When a return is required, the card must be protected, tracked where reasonably available and returned in the condition in which it was received, subject to the reported issue.
Return costs depend on the resolution, responsibility for the issue and applicable law. Cardnation may request additional evidence or another proportionate step before deciding the case.
Possible outcomes and refund amount
After reviewing the available evidence, Cardnation may approve a full or partial refund, require a return, authorise seller payout, cancel the order, or apply another remedy required by law.
A full card-price refund covers the approved card amount. The BHD 1.500 delivery fee is treated separately as described below.
Delivery-fee refunds
The BHD 1.500 delivery fee is normally non-refundable after the delivery request has been accepted for fulfilment. Cardnation may refund that fee when the charged delivery service was not provided, or when a mandatory right or another fair resolution requires it.
How approved refunds are processed
Approved refunds are submitted through Tap to the original payment method where practicable. Cardnation does not store complete card details and cannot redirect a card refund to a different card, bank account or person unless the payment provider and applicable law allow it.
Tap, the payment network and the receiving bank control the final posting time. A refund can therefore remain processing for several business days after Cardnation approves or submits it. Contact support with the order number if the refund does not appear after the provider or bank's stated processing period.
Complaints and mandatory rights
Cardnation's review does not remove a party's right to use a competent regulator, court, payment-network process or another remedy available under Bahrain law.
Mandatory rights come first
Nothing in this policy excludes a cancellation, return, refund, consumer-protection or court right that Bahrain law makes mandatory.
